Thanks to the experts from consulting and strategy development!
Last week we had exciting conversations with different experts from all over Germany in work package 02.
In the first conversation, we gained a variety of insights into the activities of our experts in advising students, especially those with chronic illnesses and disabilities. It was about what they (can) offer students as well as about the obstacles they regularly face. We were able to learn what networks are useful or even necessary for successful advising and counseling. At the same time, we also talked about glimmers of hope and wishes for the future anchoring and shaping of student advising.
For the second discussion we were able to win experts for university organization and strategy development. The conversation dealt in detail with the strategic anchoring of digital accessibility at universities. Here we gained new insights into the actors and stakeholders of strategy development and took a closer look at the topic of resource procurement and redistribution to strengthen digital accessibility. In addition, we were able to identify the most important fields of action by collecting the success criteria for strategic anchoring.
At this point, a big thank you again to all participants! The exchange gave us important insights into various areas for the strategic further development of digital accessibility in universities.
